Bought from them a faulty tub. Day one the pillow fell off. It wasn't holding water. They fussed about my return then said yes. I said we will try your repair servive. They came out and figured it was a leaky jet. All the mean while the exterior foam was soaking wet. They assured me it would dry up. Fast forward they replaced the jet only to still not have problem resolved. At this point they returned my money 💰 and picked up the tub. Weeks later i inquired about the same tub that was going to be 3000.00 more which i was okay with. Only to receive a email that they do not want to do buisness with me. So for this very unpleasant experience woth them. I will not recommend them to anyone

I sought out several pool companies when planning my pool remodel. Aaron Johnson came out to look and quote. He was so much more knowledgeable than the other companies and pointed out things that no one else did. After speaking to others that have used Johnson Pool, I chose them and so happy I did! Each and every step of the way was handled professionally and timely. My pool looks great thanks to the all of the wonderful, skilled and friendly at Johnson Pool.

After showing Clint the work area, he and his partner started unloading and got straight to work. When they left, the area was cleaner than when they arrived. Clint explained how to manage the spa and heater remotely from an app on my phone. My spa blower unfortunately also needs to be replaced, so that’s on order. The men were clean, polite and quiet. They did a wonderful job and I look forward to working with them again when the spa blower arrives.
Don’t hesitate to call them, first class service!
Also decided to have them as my weekly pool maintenance service.
My past pool service company didn’t have the courtesy to follow up with a heater quote for 2 years nor fix a valve the broke by overturning it.
When I called Johnson’s, they gave me a date and a time and they showed up. Sent me a quote the next day, followed up with an install date.
