Lennar/Toll brother's houses are made up of cheap plywood and flammable material in lifeless areas on freeways. These and any garbage 30 to 40 years old garbage home is selling for 1M to 2M in the bay area. One mistake and your home is gone. People who bought garbage homes around 2010 on 2 to 3 percent mortgage loans are selling their garbage to new home buyers for 1M to 2M. These new home buyers should not buy garbage homes because it's not worth it. Home loans are currently at 6.5 to 7 percent interest rate. Property market/Home apps/Realtor companies in the bay area/California is full of greedy people. First home buyers do not buy garbage homes for 1M it's a 30 years trap.
