We had an overall great experience with Joseph and GR Renovations for our total whole house renovations and adu detached garage conversion.
Communication was top notch! Any issues or details were communicated and any necessary change orders were clear and fair.
We went with gr renovations against other companies for their in house team on all aspects of the process (design, electrical, plumbing, planning, and supplies). This was a game changer in terms of speed of service.
Joseph handles all interactions with the city on permits and inspections, advocating for prompt responses.
I will report back for follow up on how the house functions and their responses to working out any kinks (ac/heating, water flow, electrical, detailing) post construction, but I anticipate high remarks.
We are very happy with the outcome and joseph is the best! He works extremely hard and his communication made the process very smooth.

We used GR Home Renovations Inc for a full house renovation. New floors, paint, remove popcorn ceilings, closet doors, lighting, plumbing, full kitchen with raised ceiling, installed new appliances, and 2 bathroom remodel. Every room was touched in our remodel. It was completed on time and on budget. Nick was very responsive and attentive to our request and needs. His team was amazing and work so hard to give us everything we asked for. We are so pleased with their work and service!

Don't do business with this company!

Estimated appointment was scheduled within time range 1 h, nobody did not give a call that they are on the way and estimated eta. The estimate tech did not greet but started right away with complaints that they were calling me, and I'm not at home and he wanted to leave. I was in the backyard. I responded that it's their will to leave, I'm totally fine with it. I gave them other quotes about what we have got from competitors companies. The estimator aggressively made me informed their materials are not even going to cover with these costs and left. Ni greeting, no introduction, no good bye, no appropriate questions were asked, awful customer service.
Don't give a business to rude people, make them learn how to provide a good customer service first!

GR Home Renovation Inc. has done several remodels for us. They have remodeled a couple of our rental properties and our current and previous residence. They are professional and listened to our concerns and needs. They went above and beyond when designing our current kitchen remodel. It came out beautiful! Our next project that they will do for us is our master bathroom. We would certainly recommend Alex and Vasile to anyone who needs any remodeling in their home. I had used GR Home Renovation Inc's services for multiple home projects which ranging from July 2021 to November 2021which included:

a) Kitchen Countertop Replacement and Sink installation (pictures attached)
b) Rooftop Gutter replacement
c) Replace defective windows and repair sliding backdoor.

It was a pleasure to work closely with Alex, who helped us select the materials for the Kitchen remodel. Alex provided a budget and schedule for the remodel and ensured that his team was able to execute with no delays to the plan.

I also worked closely with Vasile to help replace defective windows and fix the sliding glass door lock assembly. Vasile was able to preform the replacement and repairs for a very reasonable price and did not have to order entire replacement doors to fix the locks. The window replacement also went really smoothly with top quality.

Alex also performed the rain gutter removal and reinstallation in 2-days and on budget.

Alex and Vasile are always available for discussing the projects and provide detailed estimates without compromizing quality. I would happily use their services and expertise on ANY home remodeling projects however big or small.
