Right from the start, luke, who took our call and answered all our questions, set the stage for a positive experience. Then came richard, our roof inspector and estimator, who was outstanding! He did a comprehensive inspection of our roof and exterior, providing us a competitive and fair quote. He gave us his advice when we asked for it, and was very patient throughout the whole process. He even met with our insurance adjuster at our home to answer any queries they had, which helped speed up the process. There were no pushy sales tactics or tricks - it was such a relief! The company was well represented, the paperwork process was smooth, and the quote was competitively and reasonably priced. We then visited the showroom in Gardena which had sample materials and colors for us to review and compare on site.
