It has been nothing short of abysmal dealing/working with Dr. Llaneza as my gastro.
After Ignoring half my symptoms and doing his best to half listen while on his phone he diagnosed me with a rare condition that claims he himself first "discovered" 25 years ago, I was instructed by him that all the problems id been having for close to a year will be solved my simply taking 2 tums at night before bed.
After having to beg him to reconsider and take me more seriously he orders an endoscopy that he tells me will find nothing. He does the endoscopy 2 weeks later, finds sores and at least 1 other potential problem, all explained by the staff. Because by that point he refused to speak with me, or explain my situation or options. He never took back his original diagnosis or ordered medication for my just seen problems. After a week of being ignored by his office I had to take the pictures of the endoscopy elsewhere. Where upon seeing them I was immediately put on medication, and told to come back within 2 days if there was no immediate improvement.
Dr. Llaneza will not rush in any way to help you if you're not directly aligned with his 'discoveries', will never go back to this man again. The only remaining star is because his staff was polite and clearly overworked

I have had such a wonderful experience with this doctor and his staff. I really love how professional he is and very thorough, i am so thankful God put this doctor in my path. His staff is very nice as well, and even though it is a busy office every time i have spoken to any of them on the phone they are sweet and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend.

Very happy with Dr. Llaneza, good luck making an appointment. Called several times and left a few messages and nobody calls back.
Unable to get a hold of the staff. I called a few months ago and was put
it on hold for 21 min, gave up and hang up. Second time I called was on hold for 23 min, just gave up.

if you want to be ignored and be placed on hold for more than 20 minutes in order to make an appointment, I suggest you find another doctor. Horrible STAFF.
