We recently collaborated with a deck builder to create a stunning deck in our backyard. Marc was very responsive when I first reached out for a consultation and came over to discuss the space and design possibilities. He brought along materials for us to look at and encouraged us to think about our preferences. Unlike many other builders, he was never pushy or trying to pressure us into a decision; he simply shared ideas, provided a quote for different material options, and allowed us to decide when we were ready to proceed. Once the project kicked off, everything went smoothly. Marc was present almost every day to check in with his team and us if we wanted updates. His crew was professional and friendly, and Marc was always available to answer our calls or texts whenever we had questions. He was quick to adapt when we wanted to make changes to our design during the project, and he was always pleasant and clear with us. The job was finished on time, and the transformation is amazing! We couldn't recommend this deck builder more. It's been the best experience we've had since moving into our home!

My experience with West Hollywood Decks couldn't have been better! Justin and his crew were an absolute delight to work with. He took the time to inspect my deck supports and crawl space, thoroughly explaining how he planned to strengthen the structure. He carefully evaluated the size of the space and structure to estimate the required materials. A few days later, Justin returned with a very reasonable quote and contract. He was kind enough to sit with my wife and me, patiently going through all the details. We decided on a work plan and Justin effectively communicated our expectations for the project. His vast experience was evident and he shared his knowledge in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner. They even finished the work ahead of schedule! Our home, a single-level ranch with a large deck perched on a slope, used to be a concern. We feared that a strong storm could potentially cause it to teeter down the slope. However, we feel incredibly secure now, so much so that we happily cancelled our expensive storm insurance! Truly a remarkable deck building team!

The project was a challenging one. It involved constructing an elevated front deck over a lower room, with an old deck that needed to be dismantled first. West Hollywood Decks, with their solid and code-compliant structures, were up to the task. There were a few issues with the layout of the stairs, but I was asked to let Braxton, Justin, and Marc figure it out and come up with a solution. I was extremely satisfied with the end result. They also installed an iron fence to complement the deck. The final deck is truly stunning, enhancing the beauty of my West Hollywood home.

Excellent craftsmanship, reliable, equitable, and centered on customer satisfaction. I have been relying on West Hollywood Decks for numerous years to maintain my redwood exterior house and enhance the decks.
