We had allot of issues with our house and the insurance compony that we had. K&D did a amazing job. They helped with the insurance company and everything in between. K&D Development did an amazing job on our remodel! Cesar was always there to make sure things were going well, if there was a problem he solved it quickly and made sure everything looked perfect before leaving. Santiago had such great attention to detail with the trim and painting. Honestly can't say enough good things about them, will definitely use them again for any projects.

My experience working with K&D exceeded all expectations. We love being able to depend on companies like K&D Development because they make our flipping process incredibly smooth. No project is without it’s hiccups but I know it will never truly be a problem when we’re working with K&D because both Mike (the project manager we worked with) and Kurtis (one of the owners) will be on top of it; always in open communication with us. The quality of work is excellent and the pace of progression is something I personally was impressed with; we completed before my projected timeframe so thumbs up all around. 10/10 will work with K&D Development again.

Great service! We had a basement with ugly drop ceilings and carpet tiles that flooded. Insurance paid out and K&D made the space amazing within our budget. New floors, new ceiling, new lighting - it's a million percent improvement. The team was very nice and they finished much faster than expected. I'd recommend K&D to anyone!

Seriously call them!! We LOVE K&D Development!!!
When an old pipe leading to our kitchen sink started to leak underground into our basement it was an absolute emergency we were not expecting to happen! Thanks to their knowledge and expertise it really put us at ease through the whole process. Having them as an advocate for us was extremely helpful in navigating our claim and insurance process. Their team was amazing and worked very efficiently. Their kindness, communication and work ethic was very much appreciated by my family to get our house back in working condition. We look forward to working with them again on more projects.
