I have only good things to say about our experience with Admiral Construction. We contracted with them to reside the entire southeast side of our three story home. It was a big project and the damage from moisture and ants was severe. In addition,
a previous owner had used an unusual form of adhesive on that side of the house which made the work extra laborious.

All throughout the process, the crew was kind, courteous, and hard working. The quality of their work was excellent, and the end product passed our expectations. We feel much more secure in our home, and now that the winds are starting to kick up again, we really feel the difference inside.

I will add that when we bought the house, we were not aware that an entire side would need to be replaced. It was a big, expensive job that came as an unpleasant surprise to us. So we were struggling and emotional. But in his conversations with us,
Thomas of Admiral Construction was always professional
and kind. He found ways to work with us to make the project doable, even when the job proved to be even bigger than he anticipated.

Big thanks to Thomas and the whole crew for their professionalism and quality work! 10/10 will definitely work with them again.

I only have great things to say about Admiral Construction. Thomas is very professional and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had! Thomas and his crew were super fast and finished putting up my new roof in only 3 days, even when there was lots of unforeseen rot. The roof looks beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the final results, I highly recommend Admiral construction to anybody who needs work done!

A review of Admiral Construction and their crew could consist of one word "impressive". From the first quote to the end of the project I was continually impressed by the entire crew. Thomas was always professional, quick to return my calls, and made sure that we knew exactly what was happening with every aspect of our new roof. The crew were courteous and attentive to any concerns brought to their attention. When unexpected problems were encountered Thomas immediately discussed them with us and honestly worked with us to arrive at workable, and fair, solutions. I would not hesitate to hire them again and would be completely comfortable recommending them to my closest friends or family.

I have been a customer of this business over the last few years and they have completed quite a few projects on 2 different houses. They respond quickly to emails, texts and calls, and keep me informed as the project progresses. A couple of times it seems like it has taken them awhile to get started, but they communicate that and the work is good quality when they get to it. I would recommend them.
