I absolutely love this office! My pulmonary doctor retired so I had to find a new one. I did a lot of research and decided to make an appointment with Dr. Hull. I am so glad I came to this office. First off, the ladies that work in this office are absolutely amazing. They are caring and engaging and so helpful. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Dr. Hull Has been incredible. He really takes the time to listen to you. He’s very knowledgeable, and very caring. He has tried several different things for me in attempt to find the best course of action for me. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor in this office.

Wouldn’t fill a prior authorization for a medication he prescribed after 10+ calls and an in-person visit over the course of 6 months. They kept saying they would and it never got done. My mother, who is also a physician capable of prescribing the same medicine, filled one in a matter of minutes and I got it without issue. I don’t know if it was an issue with the staff or Dr. Hull but I found this level of service very inadequate.

Edit in response to the reply: The third visit was not an appointment, it was an in-person visit where I went to the front desk and asked for a word with the physician because the calls were not being addressed, at which point I was told the message for him would be relayed and was assured it would be taken care of (it was not). As for the third appointment, which happened a little after that visit, the office actually called to cancel that appointment I had because the prior authorization hadn't been completed yet and thus the visit would be pointless. They surely have a record of this. And yes, I stopped visiting this practice in 2023 and decided to review it now after saw another pulmonologist recently and I remembered how badly I was ignored here. I have no need to review my mother negatively, as she prescribed the medication without any issue, which is more than what this office could do. Funny how it took you just a few hours to reply to my negative review, yet even after 6 months of calling, you couldn't do my prior authorization

It's all about teamwork with this office. I explained I only had a total of 2 weeks left before I travel out of the state for the better part of a year, so Debbie and Chantel worked together and got me in quickly to meet Dr. Hull, got my CT Scan and breathing test as well as the follow up appointment scheduled and executed masterfully. I just finished my follow up appointment, all went well, so I talk to him in 6 months. I doubt it if there were another pulmonologist office that could, no would pull all this off in less than 2 weeks. Go to Dr. Hull...and if you have to wait or reschedule, do it...you'll be glad you did.

Dr. Hull is absolutely the best. He provides the best possible care. He makes great referrals when necessary and coordinates care. The patient comes first. He is a rare breed, brilliant and caring. He guided me through my fight with cancer. He always went above and beyond. I am forever thankful. At the time of my diagnosis I had no grandchildren, since that time I have four. I've been a patient of Dr. Hull for several years. Dr. Hull is very knowledgeable about pulmonary issues and sleep disorders. After visiting multiple doctors for my coughing and wheezing, I was properly diagnosed and provided treatment that I addressed and began to relieve my symptoms immediately. It was like sitting in a classroom because of the amount of medical information that he educated me on regarding my health. He was very knowledgeable about other medical conditions that I have.
