The ENT appointment was disappointing and a complete waste of time. I took my daughter in for a possible ear infection to a doctor we had never seen before. He barely took a few seconds to evaluate her before jumping straight into a conversation about ear tube surgery, even though she didn’t meet the criteria for it, she didn’t even have an infection and wasn’t prescribed any medication. His treatment plan felt extremely questionable and unnecessarily aggressive. Thankfully, I was able to book another ENT the same day, who provided much more reasonable recommendations with clear explanations.

Dr. Dave Sandeep Performed surgery on my daughter today. She got her adenoides removed and tubes inserted. Dr. Sandeep was very thorough from beginning to end. His patience with my daughter and all my questions being answered brought me so much tranquility for the whole process. His professionalism is amazing! I do recommend Dr. Sandeep if your looking for an ENT. He is simply the BEST!! So happy with his service. Thank you Dr. Sandeep!

So I have to start by saying by the time I saw the doctor I was already anxious. I got sent to him by my son’s other doctor and even though at the end I don’t need to continue to see Dr. Sandeep he truly was not only nice but informative. Super professional even with my two year old boy! Again he’s a great human who still helped me find a solution. Definitely didn’t feel like just a number there!

My child had ear tubes placed and adenoids removed by Dr. Dave after constant ear infections. He also has a speech delay where he would be able to speak about 50 words prior to surgery. I went into the surgery not expecting much for his speech other than a fix for the ear infections. On day two after the surgery, my son spoke 10 new words!!! He wasn’t able to repeat sounds and now he repeats everything, including the whole alphabet. This surgery was really a miracle for my son! Thank you so much Dr. Dave!!!

I’m very disappointed. When I first arrived everything went fine then I waited to be called everyone was called in then they started calling ppl that came after us. So basically they forgot about us I had to complain then they called us. The doctor came in the room and did not acknowledge us. I mean it was our first time. I know they were very busy but come on. Then he called my son the wrong name completely. He didn’t bother to listen to my concerns. Then in the end when I reviewed the portal they put my son has a severe speech delay that’s not true I never said that I said he’s in speech due to he’s hearing loss not because he’s delayed. I felt so disappointed I don’t know if I will be coming back.

Not really impressed with this provider. He lacked bedside manner and didn't seem to want to be in the room with us. The appointment was 5 mins tops. He didn't really explain much and when I asked him a question he disregarded it and never really answered. (I ended up googling it) I gave him a 1 star solely because he serviced my child (like a car) but if your a peds specialist and someone who wears a "superhero" coat you'd expect a little more empathy and patience. He told me how he was going to treat my child and played a video of himself talking while he was still in the room with us. instead he could have and should have explained it himself. I understand you may have a lot of patients but each patient and parent deserves that one on one respect and your attention.

Dr.Dave was amazing! Office staff was friendly, tongue tie procedure was quick easy and effective I was very happy with the care we received from the Dr, highly recommend to anyone needing an ENT for pediatric. My family will be forever grateful for this procedure.
