I had Northwind come out to fix a previously installed split system for my garage. The initial install omitted proper insulation and ducting for the coolant line and power cord. Caesar was quick with an estimate and scheduled the work to be done the following week.
Two extremely friendly and knowledgeable technicians, Mike and Frank, who were very thorough, completed the job in little time.
I highly recommend them.

I have used this company several times on different properties for the past 6 years, weather it was a repair or replacement, I have obtained several estimates and Cesar has always been the most fair Priced And Done the Best work to make sure it’s done correctly, I’ve even contacted Cesar to help on something as simple as thermostat replacement that I’m doing myself and has walked me through getting it done, he only asked that I refer his business and allow him to quote me on my next project, couldn’t ask for a more honest HVAC company, -
The worst so far is Monarch HVAC - you will get the most Dishonest Quote ever !!! Like 4 times the price, absolutely Insane !!!

The technicians who came here and replaced my unit - Michael and Alex - amazing people honestly. My old AC unit was removed and replaced within 3 hours. Couldn’t be. More grateful to these guys and the company. Highly recommend this company to just about anybody. Other than dealing with my home warranty, their service line for Northwind was professional, and ALWAYS called me about updates. Amazing company. First American Home Warranty cover about 70% of the total cost.

To whom it may concern, my experience with Northwind Heating and Air, when I met Cesar, he came rite on time, yet receiving an email that he was on his way as well, (awesome), before I decided to get a new unit, I had questions, yet having to decide on another payment t for me I was kinda hesitant,
My questions were answered properly, I have no knowledge in repairs if anything happens yet I'm a BIG guy climbing to the roof AINT for me, i guess hearing Cesar & staff tell me: for any questions or help, please call us, that rite their for me is respect to NHWS, that help they give a new customer make you feel like if you have known them for years
My unit was old, and regardless we will always have bills in life, I made my decision to purchase because making time to help someone out is priceless, appreciate Cesar and staff thank you all for helping me and my family out

I can't say enough great things about Northwind Heating and Air! My air conditioning unit stopped working during a particularly hot weekend, and I was worried I’d have to wait days for it to be fixed. To my surprise, they came out the very next day—even on the weekend! The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. In no time, they had my AC back up and running, and I couldn’t have been more relieved. Their fast, reliable service and dedication to customer care truly set them apart. Highly recommend!
