Highly recommend NOT doing business with this company or any company OWNED by Mark Richard very unprofessional. And if you ever work on any of his equipment get money in cash or a cashiers check. Cause he has a bad habit of asking for repairs paying for them and then calling his bank/credit card company and saying that he never authorize the repairs. He's a SCAM ARTIST

Mark Richard has been sealing asphalt for myself and our Family properties as well as associations and friends for well over 20 years. He and his masterful friendly Staff always go above and beyond what is expected and are attentive to the smallest details. There communication with everyone affected by parking and roadway closures during the sealing process is always greatly appreciated. The Tuf-Cote material that they use is exceptional and lasts longer and protects better than any other material we have had applied previous. I can't say enough also of Marks knowledge of Asphalt and personal evaluation of potential asphalt problems, and to correct them before they become a major problem prior sealing.
