After demo and installing new flooring, the flooring started to lift a couple months later. I contacted Alfredo and the floor provider they assessed the floor a couple times with Alfredo stating that he could shoot glue to help keep it from lifting.

They had the floor manufacturer sent out to assess the lifting and they said it was due to kitchen cabinets being placed on top of the floating floors as well as the island being too heavy and the floors being installed right up to the wall as instead of being cut at the cabinets. DPD and Alfredo have yet to fit the issue. Going on two years and the response letter stated that we said we would not be installing kitchen cabinets. RIDICULOUS. On top of that DPD moved the island while working on the floor and placed it back on top of the new flooring. HOW could you think kitchen cabinets were not going back into the kitchen?

They have wasted our time and money with no regard to fixing the problem.

In the photos below you can see at every seam it has lifted and there are dips through the whole home, everywhere DPD installed is lifted. The job was quick installing took about 2 days and it was a younger man and his PARENTS Alfredo did not visit the install site during these days.
