This management company is horrible.
I don't live in any of their properties, but I know someone who does and have talked to some of their neighbors.

My experience is this company can't care for their customers, (renters @ Parkside Apts. , (Stockton Ca), because after being here for 10 months I've experienced racism, ignored, and regardless if you try warning management about my grievance, (trash dumpster at my door for 8 months, NO light in parking lot for 8 months, my vehicle has been broken into three times in the 8 months and then get brushed off as I don't matter.
