In 2016, I had a permit for a new gable roof on my home in Newport Beach and after he give a verbal estimate and saying it would cost an additional $60,000 for a metal roof and urged me to apply for a variation to the permit for a wooden roof and the cost would be $10k for this service with a signed written agreement for him to use a local LA architect Maurcio Pensamiento and he assured it would take less than a year. It’s now been 7 years and the costs has somehow skyrocketed to over $22,000 by him using extortion techniques by not providing corrections and moving the permit process timely until I paid more!!

I contacted Jose Davila to come to my property to give me a quote and he said he was going to have it ready in a week after he came to inspect the building and it has been almost 2 weeks and he hasn't give me the quote.Also, he don't even answer his phone it seems like he blocks the numbers.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
