If I could give them 100 stars I would as I'm beyond satisfied with West Shore Construction. I live in a condo, on the water, and need hurricane protection. From the moment I made the appointment I was confident I'd be working with them.

Tony Brown -- whose business card shows no title -- was the guy who showed up at my condo for the appointment. He is friendly, funny and professional, everything you'd want in a salesperson. He made the process easy, answered all my questions and then all I had to do was pick my design and colors. Tony represents the company well.

Every person I dealt with throughout the process was just as friendly and professional as Tony. The customer service is exceptional. The crews that came and worked on my project were polite, respectful, neat, efficient, well trained and really quality people.

Tony and everyone else there are terrific assets to that company. I’m more than satisfied with my new hurricane screen, and feel as though I have a whole new bunch of friends as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Danita and West Shore Construction. From the quote to the finished project, the entire team worked seamlessly together to do what needed to be done. Danita was instrumental in helping guide us through a very challenging start to our project. Her experience proved invaluable. Just had my job completed two weeks ago for three Hurricane screens. Thought it was all for not and I lost that money/investment along with everything else the surge from Hurricane Helene took from us.

Two photos show what is being discarded from the house. Basically all contents drywall, flooring furniture and everything down to the studs. Just completed the 18 month renovation of the house with the final piece being the hurricane screens.

We installed 3 hurricane screens earlier this year to protect our furniture and home from hurricane winds and rain. While 2 hurricane events damaged our pool screen - the furniture behind our new hurricane screens didn't move an inch nor was there a drop of water behind those screens. Best investment we've made! Tony Brown was amazing from start to finish.
I always get 3 quotes and meeting with Tony was to be my first quote. I immediately signed the contract. I never do that. I trusted him and thought his price was fair. The installers were great and Tony came to my house the day before the hurricane to make sure I knew how to properly install my storm protection. He even stayed and helped me finish hanging it, He went above and beyond.

I had an incredible experience with West Shore Construction after contacting them inquiring about hurricane protection for my home.

My first contact was with Kristina who was friendly, helpful and kept me informed about appointments, etc.

Tony Brown was my sales consultant. Not knowing what I needed or wanted, he listened patiently answering all many questions. Tony, with his expertise, knowledge and wisdom, discussed all options, had product samples and it soon became clear that Bahama screens for windows and motorized screens for entry way and lanai was the best possible solution for me. Tony, with his remarkable outgoing personality, was a delight to work with and explained the entire process from beginning to end. When he left my house that day, I felt confident in the decision I made and greatly appreciate Tony’s honesty and integrity.

When installation day arrived, Tyler and his team arrived on time ready to work. Before beginning, Tyler explained in detail the process of installing the screens and kept me informed throughout the day. They were friendly, courteous, professional and careful cleaning everything up before leaving making sure it was left just as when they arrived.

A few days later, Nick and Ryan came to install the electrical boxes. They also were friendly, courteous and did a fantastic job as well as letting me know the electrical procedure.

I’m thrilled that I chose West Shore Construction for hurricane protection and couldn’t be happier with the screens, how well they look and how well they’re constructed. The entire team at West Shore went above and beyond my expectations making this journey pleasant and knowing I’m safer and feel protected should there be a hurricane.
