We bought our Drees home sight unseen from out-of-state. We saw the house we bought for the first time a couple weeks after closing escrow. Seeing it in real life exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail was impressive. The quality of construction and materials was superb. Our relationship with Drees did not end at the close of escrow. It was just the beginning. We were visited by the actual builder of our home, Graham Martin. Graham was able to answer all of the questions we had about our house and make sure that everything was perfect for us. This was our first home buying experience and it was a pleasure from start to finish.

For us, Drees really allowed us to achieve the "custom" in Drees Custom Homes. The Drees team provided a platform for and welcomed our custom requests and input for everything, including re-configuring rooms and walls, custom lighting selections, specific landscaping input, etc. Having built several homes before, we had a specific vision for our design and Drees made that vision a reality and we really had fun throughout the process! Like any home building process, there are a thousand things to keep track of, and we did uncover issues during the build process.
