I have been in an apt here on HALLMARK for just a month. I came from PA lining in a rental I was in for 13 yrs never have I experience this. The ceiling and walls in living room leak horrendously. The ceiling fan is a sprinkler. Ive contacted Lone Star they sent people to take estimates and pictures and put a tarp up there which made it even worse.Ive lost my job since I was in a probationary period and had to take off twice because of trying to dump the water out all night and off of my belongings when it leaked on everything I own. Please send help. Went to speak to someone just after this post. She was very nice and stated once again she would help me even make it a priority. I appreciate the help Melissa. But she turned out to be a plant to just cover up the fact that the owner knew nothing. I will try to be patient.REMEBER THIS : THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT KNOWING THEY COULDNT. THEY ARE NOW FORCING ME INTO AN EVICTION BECAUSE THEY HAVENT FIXED IT AND I WILL NO LONGER PAY TO STAY HERE. The ceiling fell down on me every attempt they made to temporarily fix the leak was unsuccessful. Now you want to take me to court an extort more money from me to continue to live in an unsafe home. I paid for a apt and got an apt that should have been demolished. Despicable no concern for a human beings life.UPDATE they have gone in while I was waiting for court and done this:see pics. This is what I have been cleaning up. The water coming from this toxic roof and flooring. Only God knows what they have exposed me too. I have my day in court on the 12th. He told me to leave thexapt not an eviction but still being charged by Lone Star.. He said whatever to end the day. If your still living and breathing in Hallmark apts , I suggest you get out quick and see a Dr. you could be paying to kill yourself as well. Taking advantage of many tenants there. The damage to my apt was all through the building and they covered it up . The place should be condemned for health risks.

I have been here at about a month.
When I was here first time I couldn't believe myself.
It seems like anybody has been lived this broken place. Seem like too many problem.
I started putting work orders almost every weekend for whole month.
Lone star send workers every week follow work orders. Now almost all the problems fixed. I'm very pleased with them. Especially for bathtub.It is beautiful . Thanks😊

Front desk was very friendly. Houses were not in move in condition. The efforts made to clean them were few if any. Viewed a couple of homes, one smelled heavily of pet urine and was full of stains. Asked if they would be replacing the carpets and was told that the way they are is the way they will rent them out. They were filthy. Will not be renting from this company

Update: shortly after writing this review was contacted by the company about the experience. Not because they are willing to remedy the situation, but to justify why they won't replace the carpeting. He then proceeded to explain how concerning it was that this review was left over the carpets, and that most people would just move along if a house wasn't "for them". The entire aim of the call was not about receiving feedback or improving their standards but about getting this review taken down. It's unprofessional to say the least. Again, my opinion is the same, I would not rent from this company.

I am so glad I found Lone Star Realty. I was out of town and could not get back to communicate and work with them in person. They have made the whole process of taking care of my property, from start to finish, so easy. If only all companies could be as good as them and their whole team.

Lone Star Realty really made the moving transition go smoothly. For the most part the employees had a good attitude and explained all move-in and move -out procedures. I will continue doing business with this company. Missy was the person I spoke with and she gave me good leads on different properties. Thank you all so much and I am very happy with my new place of residency.

I have been a tenant with LoneStar for 4 years.
I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with them and will on rent through them until I buy my own home.
Mariah came to do my inspection today and now I have initiated a transfer to an upgraded property shout out to her. Thank you for the encouragement 🙂
If you are looking for a property and big on property up keep please use them they are AMAZING!!!!
The office is so beautiful I want to live in it lol and that bathroom is luxurious💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

I think it’s odd you say something about the name reckless, try to lie in the law suit I’ve filed and publish my name and job for the public! I think you’re the reckless one and very unprofessional. I’ll see you in court April 22, 2025. The courts disregarded your lie of a response. So now I’m already going in looking more honest than your company! See you in court! I’m literally excited and so is my attorney. I think TREC thinks your comment is very reckless, right along with the Realtor’s board! Arguing and saying first and last name as a business is insanity.

I’ve had some EXTREMELY unfortunate experiences as of lately pertaining to my living situation and Mrs. Brenda and the ladies at the front desk have truly been phenomenal in helping me through them. I have been a loyal renter with this company for more than 5 years.
