After meeting Darryl the owner of Silva and Silva Asphalt Maintenance, and comparing quotes he explained why his company has been in business for 34 years because he doesn't require a up front deposit , and all other companies were higher priced and required a 20 % minimum deposit. He guarantees all of his work 100%. I hired Silva and Silva to pave the main road to my home 5 years ago and since then he has paved all my Apartment complexs all my Shopping centers and just started on my biggest property 100 custom homes in Palm Springs.

We called Silva & Silva after checking with BBB. Daryl came out promptly and gave us a bid to replace our 65 year old asphalt driveway. We choose him because of his competitive bid. He sent his crew three days later. The work was done as promised, in one day, old asphalt hauled away, and the area cleaned. Sealcoating was done 45 days later as recommended and again a professional job by his crew. We highly recommend this company if you want excellent work done.

Highly recommend this company. Had 3 other companies out for estimates Aungus. Kirk and Harding after several weeks never received a estimate .
Darrel was here within a day of call, within 3 days had the estimate and his Profesional crew started by the weeks end.
Each and every one of this crew did outstanding work and between Darrel and boss man both were always ensuring the job was as expected and I was pleased .

Darryl Silva came to quote same day I called. Quoted right away with fair pricing. He answered call messages was very polite and helpful. On repair day, the crew arrived when they said, worked together like a team, were friendly, worked hard to create a smooth, perfect asphalt drive and parking area. Very impressed! Sealer coat will be applied in a month, expect the same workmanship. Went above and beyond.
