We recently had Best Value Glass design and install new shower glass in our bathroom, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was nothing short of fantastic.

We need to shout out a couple people... John was incredibly helpful during the design phase, offering thoughtful suggestions and helping us choose the best options for the space. Allyson made the installation process so smooth—she was professional, communicative, and kept us informed every step of the way.

The shower glass itself is beautiful and of excellent quality, and the installation was flawless.

Broke the glass in my entertainment center and called Best Value at 3 o'clock on a Thursday to see if they could cut a replacement piece for me. The person on the phone was knowledgeable and very friendly.
She quoted me a reasonable price and said 2-3 business days for pick up so I placed the order. I received a call at 9:00 a.m. the next day saying the glass was already cut and ready for me. A friendly office person greeted me when I went to pick it up and the gentleman who brought my glass up from the warehouse even loaded it in my car. Great service from quote to pick up. I would definitely recommend Best Value to anyone who has glass needs in Lakeside / East County.

Everything started 20FEB23…called for a free quote and within a day the measurements gentleman came by right on time and took necessary measurements and glass thickness…days later Christine (making things happen) called to follow up and see if I want to move on with the replacement…I ended up making decision on 16MAR23, my window glass replacement arrived on 31MAR22 and installation happened on 7APR23…half the agreed amount paid prior to order and rest was paid at job completion…There is no higher than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and usually you have some hiccups doing such job but with this company ZERO oh by the way and zero regrets…so darn happy we decided to choose them compared to rip off HOMEDEPOT and LOWES and couple other where everyone said glass replacement alone impossible. BEST VALUE is true BEST VALUE….Thanks to Christine and installation supervisor FIDEL…

These guy did an awesome job. I called 2 other companies and they were nearly double the cost. The office staff was really nice and courteous, they scheduled someone within a few days to do measurements, they called a week later to schedule an installation, 2 days later the window was in. Great service and value!
