If you're seeking a fast metal roof, that might not be the right choice for you. The crew ensured that every piece was cut and installed with precision, spending over two days on the challenging small sections around the roof outcrops. This roof also includes an insulation layer beneath the metal. The company guarantees a 25% reduction in energy usage due to a cooler attic space, which should help keep the A/C from working too hard. I plan to update my experience later to compare energy usage with past months. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up and took away all the waste materials. Cesar and Austin were truly exceptional. The minute we sought a quotation, their professionalism was evident. Once we engaged them for our roof replacement, they were incredibly proficient with the subsequent procedures. Everything from getting the permit notarized, to preparing the shingles, to scheduling their delivery and installation. We were well aware of when all tasks would be finalized. The crew who worked on the roof was equally commendable. They maintained a clean and orderly worksite. We cannot heap enough praise on this Lakeside roofing team. Their work truly speaks for itself!

I had an excellent experience during my home remodel, especially with the roofing work. While updating my house, we discovered an issue with the garage roof. It was not properly supported from when the house was built and was sagging, which was affecting the kitchen wall. Before we could continue with the remodel, we needed to remove the old roof to relieve the weight, allowing us to lift the garage roof back into place. Given the winter conditions and tight schedule, I contacted a roofing service, and they responded quickly. They came out the next day to provide a quote and started removing the old roofing the day after. Once the necessary repairs to the joists were completed, they worked around our schedule to install the new roof, finishing just in time before a major storm hit. Their professionalism and honesty throughout the process were impressive. I received great service at a fantastic price, and I would definitely recommend this roofing service for any roofing needs. Plus, they even returned later to install a new gutter for the addition, well after the roof was finished.

Austin and Cesar from Terra Firma Roofing truly rescued my home. I am incredibly thankful for their service. After purchasing an aged lakeside house, I had various roofing companies give me their quotes and services. Many just wanted to patch up the roof, but I knew that wasn't enough. The house needed a full roof replacement, proper ventilation, and the most cost-effective solution. There were numerous issues, such as mold in the attic, rotted trusses, and incorrectly installed insulation. I had previously paid someone to handle the mold issue, but they failed. Thus, I was looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable professional to handle the entire project correctly. That's when I met Austin and Cesar. We agreed on a project involving roof ventilation, new sheathing, and a solar attic fan. The project's cost was a shock, but I knew it had to be done right or risk losing the house within a couple of years. Austin, Cesar, and their team saved my home with their expertise and integrity. They brought in additional crew for reframing the front and back of the house. They discovered a 20ft rotted chimney ready to collapse on the house, but they quickly and efficiently took care of it. The team was on-site for about three weeks. They were friendly, kind, and patient, always taking the time to explain what was happening and the choices I had to make. Their skill and integrity were impressive, and they treated my family and our puppy with kindness. They remained on-site until the job was complete, displaying trustworthiness, honesty, thoroughness, integrity, and pride in their work. To me, their service is more than just 5-star.
