My wife and I lived at The Parker for five years, and we absolutely loved it. The apartments are modern, and the building is always clean and well-maintained. The management team was awesome—anytime we needed something, they were quick to respond and really were great to work with. Simply put they are good people and we never had any problems. The location is great too, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. It really felt like home, and we made so many great memories there.

If you’re looking for a great place to live, I can’t recommend The Parker enough!

The PARKER….it was the first and last place we looked!
From the minute we walked in and saw the building and amenities we knew this was the rights place. Two gyms, community room, work/conference rooms, outdoor spaces including grills and game tables, and indoor parking…. just to name a few things.
Sydney, in the leasing office and Mayron, the building super are great….they are on top of every detail!
Also, couldn’t get a better location for commuting into NYC….just a 7 minute walk down Park Ave to the train station. Convenient to several grocery stores, American Dream, Met Life Stadium, and other shopping. If your not in the mood to cook you are just steps away from a wide variety of restaurants sure to satisfy whatever you are craving.
Also pet friendly!!!

I arrived at The Parker late summer and have enjoyed getting to know Rutherford and the general area. The amenities are great and the building is new and current. I love the secure, covered parking. The location provides quick and easy access to the train and city, with plenty of great dining, coffee shops, and entertainment within Rutherford itself.
