My wife and I have been living in this building for 3 years in two different apartments. The management as well as the concierge are always aiming to please. Everything from the cleanliness to the luxury amenities are all top shelf. The communication and access to any service was always fast and extremely professional. The management staff always go out of their way to facilitate everything. Ask for Donna Jeter, she always took good care of us.

As a resident who have been living here at One Theater Square over 2 years, I can say that this apartment is the BEST apartment I had lived so far in New York and New Jersey. As a person who is very sensitive to maintenance and pests, I did not have to worry a single thing about any pests. In maintenance-wise, Ibn and his team is a great team that you can always reach out to whenever there is any issue with the apartment. We have a portal where we can simply submit the maintenance request, and the team response very quickly and you can see the status of the request through the portal. I have been so satisfied with their maintenance system, and Ibn and his team are truly the hero for our apartment checkups. Ibn is really professional and kind that you would be happy to be with. The concierge is always available 24/7 that you do not have to worry on any issue.

Above all, Yessica has been our best hero in addition to Ibn. We first met Yessica when we were looking for our potential apartment 2 years ago. She is very friendly and professional that we had a confident that this apartment is kept in good hands. For the past 2 years, Yessica was always attentive and responsible for any communication that needs to be done between the apartment and the tenants. I was very satisfied with all the active communications that Yessica and the team is providing to the tenants through emails and the bulletin boards inside the elevators. There are several events that the team is hosting for the tenants including resident appreciation day, valentine's day, and many more. These are the great opportunities for the tenants to get to know each other. We also have resident bulletin board community page within our portal that the tenants can freely communicate with each other, sell used items, and many more.

To sum it up, if you are thinking of living around Newark area, this is the apartment you should go for. I am so happy that I chose this apartment with so many wonderful memories here!!

For the past three years that I have lived at One Theater Square I have to say it has been a great experience! The convenience of have the Whole Foods and well as Newark Penn Station has been great! The Amenities has also been a great feature in the building. You’ll love the staff in the leasing office as well as the concierge.

I really enjoyed my time with Rita and Donna! Rita took me on the tour to see all the apartments that were available! The amenities are top notch— a very versatile gym for an apartment building. From the very first moment I met Myrial for the tour I felt like I was at home. She took her time showing me several units, the amenities, and talking me through everything I needed to know about the building to make an informed decision. I met a number of my soon-to-be neighbors that day and was so happy to see how many of them had dogs. One of my biggest concerns was finding a good location for my Basset Hound mix. I love my place, everyone in the building from residents to management to staff are absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. I would highly recommend taking a tour if you’re looking for a new apartment in this area.

I have lived in One Theater Square for over a year, it’s a very luxurious apartment, great location, pretty safe, 7 min walk to Penn Station, 2 min to Whole Foods, police station downstairs, NJPAC theater, hockey arena all within walking distance. The maintenance staff and cleaning crews are very friendly, respond fast to my requests and kept the common area very clean. There’s 24 concierge, the receptionists change very frequently, some of them are super nice, some are grumpy and mean. The management, Bozzuto, is well-known to have a good reputation, the leasing office is also generally very responsible, especially Donna helped me a lot with my applications, moves etc. I gave a 4 star because personally I think the air conditioning is too loud, but in general I highly recommend the place, it’s a little expensive, but still worth it comparing to Jersey city/Harrison etc

I've lived here approximately 24 hours, so that qualifies me to make the following factual statements:

-The building and apartment look as advertised.
-The welcoming response from the management office (Donna in particular) and concierge desk (Ayonnah) is both genuine and exciting. That warm feeling that you're entering a thriving and hospitable community is unmatched.
-OTS has neighbors who actually say "hello" in passing. Nice touch!
-The 24-hour gym facilities are actually 24 hours! No loop holes here.

I'm blown away by the first 24 hours because it feels permanent and not temporary. That's a testament to and a reflection of the culture here.
