Quite the apartment complex! History is here with beautiful courtyard and building and apartments have been renovated by RAMSA (Robert AM Sterns). Stunning. Most original details have been kept however, modern finishes were added including washer and dryer and amenities. Great one!

Living here is a blast. Although lately we’ve had a lot of memorial services 🤔 I don’t pay any mind to them. I just mind my own business. That one girl Mabel is pretty hot though

Great building, beautiful scenery, and stunning architecture—truly a gem in the city.

My only criticism, The secret passageways are a bit... off-putting and creepy. They're the kind of place where you half-expect to find a hidden body. Oh, and my favorite doorman sadly passed away.

Other than, a wonderful building, with a colourful and strange community.

It's the "Arconia" building (or at least the outside facade is) from Only Murders in the Building, I detoured by this place to get some photos but couldn't get beyond the gate. Gate security were really polite and happy to talk OMITB with me and other fans of the show.

Went to see it because of Only Murders in the Building and sure looks like the show. It was really fun just getting to see the building and the architecture itself is really beautiful too. Super fun!

I was asked by a resident who is a friend to check the safety of this apartment. I was tasked with being able to see if I can enter from any entrance without being stopped. The first entrance was the main one and once i made it halfway to the courtyard a young security guard who probably spoke spanish or italian stopped me and told me I wasnt able to look or go in the courtyard. Great! It only took you halfway of me nearly compromising the building to realize. I went around the building to the second side and no security guard was at the post. I walked in, up about 4 flights of stairs and could take the elevator to any floor. Once i was downstairs the security guard from the main side tried to confront me and the one from the post was some old man. Both were TERRIBLE at their jobs and now my friend feels unsafe in the building. The security guards are jokes and real people that care about the safety of the residents should be hired. There should be monthly security training because that was horrible. Way to compromise everyone’s safety by not doing your job correctly!

My wife recognized this popular building facade from the street. She was right that it’s where Only Murders in the Building was filmed, the outside at least. It would have been amazing to see inside the courtyard, but the gate is locked for obvious reasons.

Very nice building complex. At least from the outside, unfortunately we were not allowed in the courtyard. Apparently there are too many "Only murders in the building" fans. Would have loved to take pictures inside..
