Apartment hunting is never easy but luckily we got a great leasing agent, Bennett, who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place. Thanks to Bennett's patience, transparency, and quickness, we got a lovely apartment with ceiling to floor windows and a bit more extra space all while staying on budget. The building provides all the amenities we were looking for, which makes us even more excited to move in. You cannot go wrong with these luxury apartments, but if you're in need of help, ask for Bennett!

Toured two units from this building yesterday, loved the interior design. Floor color matched with the cabinet, truly luxury design. Management was professional and friendly. Amenities are very new and have a lot of common space for their residence!! Loved it

The overnight conceirge Gerald Ransom interactions with the tenants and colleagues are often perceived as rude and inconsiderate. He fails to display the necessary professionalism and empathy for the position he holds as the conceirge in addressing tenants concerns, which can create a negative experience for those he encounters. Moreover, Gerald's availability and responsiveness are often lacking. In contrast, his colleagues consistently go above and beyond in providing assistance, ensuring that the needs of the tenants are met promptly and effectively, with a smile. This disparity in effort and commitment impacts the overall service provided to the tenants and places additional strain on the team. The security of overnight deliveries and packages are questionable to be handled with care while he is on duty.

Toured the building yesterday and loved what I saw. The building is off the main road but still close to the JSQ path stop. The amenities (gym with Olympic barbells, lot of commonspace to work) that is offered really suits what I am looking for. Can't wait to move in!

I had an unpleasant and cumbersome leasing experience. When I visited to check out the apartments, there was no flexibility on the move-in date or the deposit amount. Additionally, they lack communication ethics. Despite multiple communications with the leasing office, they were very rigid about every single request we made.

If genuinely interested potential clients are treated this way, I can only imagine how current tenants are treated.

They need to learn how to treat potential clients and improve their customer service and satisfaction. In journal square, there are other buildings with excellent amenities and effective management. Would highly recommended skipping on this property and look for the better ones.

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute joy! The gym facilities are top-notch, making it easy to maintain an active lifestyle right at home. Additionally, the walkable location adds to the convenience, and the recent upgrade in front desk staff has been a delightful enhancement, coupled with the always responsive and accommodating management team.
