I would highly recommend these luxurious apartments. The management staff is amazing they get back to you instantly and are a pleasure to work with. The apartments themselves are beautiful between the high quality island in the kitchen, the big bedrooms, the walk in glass door showers, and on top of it all the accessories the apartment offers (Washer Dry Dishwasher). If anyone is looking for a high end apartment it’s got to be Water Street Lofts, hands down the best apartments in Sussex County.

Upd: there were people living since 2023 and there were no reviews, but right after my review there are many nice reviews. Including a landlord himself reviewing his own property. Nice thing to think about. CONSTANT noise videos are attached, as well as pictures of cracked walls and windows sealing.

Absolutely unprofessional and careless management. They’ll text you everyday at 8am to speed up the process of signing and once you signed and moved in they’ll ignore you if you will have problems they don’t want to face with. Also, they will manipulate and gaslight.
There’s a lie in the website as well as on Instagram about property, as well as realtor lied too. Because of that lie we faced huge problems as there’s no decent soundproof in the building. You can literally hear everything from all the neighbors around you. Floors are literally shaking when people walking or watching a tv loudly. Unfortunately, I was “lucky” enough to get neighbors who don’t sleep till 3am , arguing, stomping, talking, watching tv. The first thing I heard from “management “ — “no one complains”. Management encourages people to figure things out for themselves. And if you ask more questions and face them with uncomfortable facts, they’ll just ignore you for days while they are still on site working with a future tenants. They also forcing you to text certain things to the neighbors, lying to get them be more quiet. Isn’t it your job to deal with that, when other people violating the lease and my rights? They also offer you to move out, and as a result to gave up your rights which are clearly stated in the lease. They also lying that there are no any regulations for quiet hours and “people just can have friends coming over”. AT NIGHT!
Noise could be 60-70Db+ at night time. But they just ignored it, but joking about the old man making noises saying “until he die” in front of me and my husband.
Nothing luxurious about it, except nice kitchen, spacious 2bd and excellent cleanliness(which shouldn’t be the only definition of “luxury” apartments, right?).
Floors, materials, walls, the whole building structure is super cheap as well as management attitude. Not sure if it’s something personal or they just don’t want to face any responsibility and problems, which is basically their job.
Super disappointed as I was looking for a long-term home, after almost 5 years in previous apartment and if they wouldn’t lie, I would never moved into this place.

I have been DREAMING of having California style living, here in New Jersey, for the last 4 years. I have been a renter since I moved from SD with my husband and nothing has felt like home until we came across this place! We have been living in the lofts for 3 months and have nothing but amazing things to say about the building and the wonderful people who work here. We had an issue with an outlet when we first moved in and within days they had contractors literally putting holes in the wall to solve our problem. Barbara and Julio are so kind and generous. They answer every text and call immediately and are so attentive to our needs. We have the best people around us and have met so many wonderful renters. This is such a friendly environment and very inviting! We look forward to our California friends coming out to see the beautiful loft we rent! Definitely a great place to live. Beyond recommended.

I never leave reviews for anything but I felt compelled to leave one here. Water Street Lofts has far exceeded my expectations. I was not sure what to expect when I moved in here. The apartment is fantastic. It’s incredibly quiet. I don’t hear my neighbors or any outside noise whatsoever. The apartment itself is beautiful, ultra modern. The hallways and lobby is always clean I see maintenance workers every day cleaning up around the complex. The Property Manager Barbara is the best!!! Always available, friendly, extremely helpful. I am glad she is overseeing things here. Already locked myself out once. Simple email to management at 11:00 pm responded right back. I was back in my apartment in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Water Street Lofts to anyone. Just call Barbara. She will take great care of you.

Since day one my wife saw the apartment she love it. Living in here Is like a 5 star hotel experience. Brand new building, ultra clean, quiet and very safe. Great location, everything that u may need is near the apartment. Managers are the best even Sundays they’re available for any inconvenience. Best choice to live in at Sussex county.
