The Nathaniel has been a wonderful building to live in. We moved into a beautifully kept 1BR several months ago and have loved it since! From the start, the wonderful help from Ashley Carroll at the leasing office, to each and every door (wo)men and facility staff, folks here are very kind and friendly. We’ve really enjoyed living here at this great location in an awesome, pet-friendly building.

Working with Ashley and the whole Nathaniel team was such a pleasure. Every other apartment search I've ever been apart of had been unenjoyable and left a bad taste in my mouth... Whether the building was not as advertised or the brokers were playing games while charging insane fees, there was NONE of that this time around. Everyone I spoke to was nice/helpful and the building was beautiful. I couldn't be more excited to move in this July.

I've been living in the Nathaniel for three years, and can't say enough good things about the place. Ashley from leasing is fantastic and was a tremendous help when switching apartments during COVID; polite, responsive, compassionate and thorough (if it weren't for her, i would have probably moved out to another building). The staff (louis, maria, ben, carlos) are like family and genuinely care about my well being. As far as maintaining the building (shimic, francisco, dawa) are super quick to resolve any of the very minor issues i've had. The overall building has a great location and the amenities are quite nice (huge rooftop and spacious lounge). The apartment themselves are amazing and very modern. No complaints. If you are looking for an apartment in the East Village/Union Square area, you should definitely check out the Nathaniel.

Ashley Carroll is fantastic! She is always so warm and friendly whenever I’ve spoken with her. It doesn’t matter how busy she is, she always makes time to answer questions and gets back to us right away. Our experience has been so wonderful because of her that we renewed our lease for another year!!!

I have had the most incredible time living at the Nathaniel. Ashley from the leasing is so helpful with the entire move-in + move-out process. She is very accommodating and wants to find the best fit for everyone who visits. The building is well-run, always kept clean, and the doormen and women are very friendly and eager to help. There is also indoor and outdoor great public space if you ever like to leave your apartment to work or socialize somewhere else. The rooftop is impeccable, and the lounge is a quiet library where you can get work done. The gym is clean and has ample space and machinery. Just a short walk from NoHo, SoHo, Union Sq., you're in the heart of it all on the border of The East Village and Astor Place. I will look back fondly on my time living here.
