I have been a resident of Tower 67 for 14 years. Putting aside the location, the buildings owners, management and staff have made it a wonderful place to live and raise my family. Everyone is professional and any service requests or other needs are promptly met. My apartment is modern and up to date with phenomenal views of the City. The building's real estate agent, Christine McAndrews, is great as well. Her knowledge of the building, neighborhood and market overall make her an indispensable asset to any apartment search. If you are looking for a great apartment, I recommend your contacting Christine so she can show you an apartment in Tower 67.

We have lived in Tower 67 for 7 years. The building is fantastic— well run, clean, great staff. Our apartment has a washer/dryer and a balcony, and our bedroom fits a king bed, two dressers and two end tables. We love the gym in the building. We looked at many buildings before picking Tower 67, and we believe this is the best building we found.
We would also like to thank Christine McAndrews for her help and patience in finding us this great apartment, and also for finding our niece a wonderful apartment in Tower 67.

I’ve lived here about a month. I love living here. The 1 bedroom is perfect for me and my 2 cats. The windows are huge & let in lots of light. The kitchen is updated and absolutely perfect. Laundry room is huge, there’s always available washers/driers. The staff are fabulous & extremely polite. I had a miscommunication with a delivery but they were flexible and able to fix the situation, even though it was my fault. There’s also a courtyard out front that is great to sit in and just relax when you need. Definitely recommend!

We have just moved in to Tower67 and are thrilled with our experience so far. The apartment itself is very quiet. The building staff are very friendly and extremely competent. Building management is excellent and have made our installation seamless. I would well recommend moving to Tower67, the views are amazing and the location is perfect, just 2 blocks from Central Park!

This management company is unresponsive. It is overcrowded, and often takes 15-20 minutes to get out of the building due to elevators. They are regularly out of service or broken. The Heat and AC in the building is challenged. The apartments are cold in the winter due to a design flaw in the units and the heat does not work well.
The outside space is nice, but provides an environment conducive to homeless and drug use. Often times we are awoken at night due to fighting homeless in this area.

DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING.

This building denies entry to Emotional support animals. Visiting or Living. THIS is not only discriminatory but ILLEGAL. I suggest you train your doorman staff accordingly. I will be reporting this building.

According to the Fair Housing Act, landlords and property managers must make reasonable accommodations for those who have a certified disability.

As per NYC law:

Can building policies, such as no-dog policies, or policies restricting the breed, weight, or size of pets, apply to emotional support animals?
A. No. Housing providers must exempt emotional support animals from such policies, unless the exemption would cause an undue hardship to the housing provider.

My friend has an apartment in NYC at Tower 67 and I got to stay with him for a week on the 47th floor. The views from this building are mind boggling! From our apartment you could see from the end of central park all the way to the water, and from the balcony down to the edge of Time Square. The building is nice, well maintained and the front desk and security staff are friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Great flat - the space and the layout is perfect ... but i've had some terrible experiences with building management. Don't expect courtesy, friendliness or even politeness from management. Having said that, the doormen are a saving grace.

Looking forward to moving out soon.
