I have been working with Constructive for 6 years and in that time we have done many projects together. I have recently purchased a new house and it was in need of updates. I had two every out of date bathrooms that needed total updates. He was able to create a gorgeous half bath and the master bathroom of my dreams. Constructive did remodels in my pervious home as well. When I moved in the basement was unfinished and the guest bath needed to have the floors replaced. Constructive was able to come in and finish the basement as well as add a beautiful bathroom for guests.

In all my dealings with Constructive, whether it is Albert or his crew, they have been nothing short of pleasant and respectfully of me, my home, and my time. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I see doing many projects together in the future.

Two weeks ago our condo had a large flood. Thankfully we were referred to Albert and his Constructive NJ Crew. This was the best thing that happened to us. Within 6 days we had a new ceiling, new floor, trim and every inch of our condo was repaired. Albert and his crew are dedicated, hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. Albert and his team by far exceeded our expectations on the work they did for our new home. Patricia helped us to pick out the perfect colors for our kitchen and great room, and compliment the other rooms in the house. Albert and his workers were in the day after we moved and stayed all day to get our bedrooms complete so we can begin to unpack. Everyone showed up on time daily, worked tirelessly, and did an amazing job. Albert went above and beyond with little details no other company would do for their clients without them asking. We truly appreciated everyone that we worked with, and highly recommend Constructive for any of your home needs!

We had water damage from a leaky roof. Called Albert and he was here within a day with Patricia to give estimate. A few days later started job with Rich doing the repairs. He was fast and very neat. Looks as though nothing ever happened. Will definitely call them again for any future work.

Albert and his team of professionals were terrific to deal with and collaborate on our project. We designed and built out a cafe bar with cabinetry and plumbing/electrical needs that were very specific. The team at CB&R were right there from the start and helped clarify our vision where it needed it and were very open about different paths to take. Most of all and this has everything to do with my prior construction experiences, Albert and his team were always reachable and communicative. I have found that not always the case in prior jobs but this was completely opposite with CB&R. We were able to call all of them as needed and they always responded quickly. Our job went very well and the municipalities administrative side was super simple because of Albert and team. Special thanks to Patricia who was oustanding handling much of the initial calls, and Brett for being just about the best at everything. There isn't anything he can't do :). These folks are certainly worth having come in and talk about your needs and certainly I can't say enough good things about their work results but most of all their work ethic. In a world where all you ask is to "do what you told me you were going to do", CB&R does it best, fast and with a smile! Awesome people!

We had an emergency flooding situation and they were there immediately to mediate the damage. Once the work was approved (Albert helped expedite the review with the insurance company), the quality of the work was top notch! Highly recommend! They came in on time and in budget with clear communication! Looks better than before! 100% satisfied

We contacted Constructive Building & Remodeling when we discovered we had a mold issue in our office. Albert came out and conducted some tests. He immediately had his crew come out and take care of the situation which included opening up walls and treating the affected areas. His crew worked diligently through the whole process, they were here when they said they would be, there were no surprises or hidden costs; and they left our offices clear of all mold and looking better than ever. I would definitely recommend them for all mold or water damage as well as your construction needs.
