Arrogant and unhelpful.

They act like they're doing you a favor just by giving you a quote. I don't understand why manufacturers choose Highmark as a rep—they're losing a lot due to their poor service. On top of that, they have the highest prices and markups, even more than other HVAC and mechanical suppliers.

Avoid buying from them.
