Michael and the team did an amazing job building our backyard from scratch. Communication from Michael was great on what's next and things to consider. The worksite was always left very clean and organized. The team added the patio, patio cover, turf and raised beds. Everything looks really great and very professional.

A few months ago I received the dreaded letter from the HOA informing me my grass was not up to good standards of the folks in the clubhouse.

I can’t fault them for doing so. It was, admittedly, a disaster.

I set about gathering up quotes from vendors for the job and got a wide variety of pricing and promises. Of the ones which seemed competent and able to do the job I decided to go with Re-Leaf which came in at 40% less than my highest offer and 20% less than the average.

Because the pricing was so drastically different I can’t say I wasn’t concerned about how things would go but Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I had a significant amount of sprinkler work which needed to be done. I am unsure what the people who did the original installation were thinking but the goal did not appear to be watering grass. By the time they were done every square inch was covered appropriately. Which was difficult because the areas to water are not square/rectangular.

The timing of the HOA request couldn’t have been worse. It was right before the hottest months of summer so getting new sod to take hold was going to be a challenge for anybody but Mike was with me for every step of the way. His team came out however many times it took to make fine adjustments and ensure the lawn held. We even had a situation where we went out of town and our gardener did not show up for two weeks which made the grass grow tall enough that it blocked the sprinklers and could not be mowed down short enough to make it so the water cleared its height without damaging the lawn. The lawn was dying. Even though this was no fault of Re-Leaf, Mike sent his crew out to raise the heads and adjust the nozzles to save my investment at no cost. I was fully expecting to shell out a few more hundred bucks for my old gardener’s incompetence but Mike saved me the hassle, heartache, and money. How can you beat that?

If you’re looking for someone who will get the job done right, stand by their work, and not hold you over a barrel because he knows the HOA is breathing down your neck, Re-Leaf landscape is the company to call.

We had an informercial filmed at our home for a yard product. We didn’t have the time to put in an entire backyard before filming but had a decent side yard to use. The production company had their stage production company search for quotes for us. They found Re-Leaf Landscaping. I talked to all three businesses they brought me quotes from. Not only was Re-Leaf’s price so far below the highest quote, Re-Leaf was the only one to ask questions about the job we wanted done, like, how much shade does that side of your property get, etc. The other two companies did not ask anything. Re-Leaf was prompt, reliable, and did a spectacular job!! Neat, quiet and professional. Very respectful. We loved them!!! Can’t wait to do the rest of our yard. Oh, btw, the lines on the pavers were done with such exactness that the film crew kept squatting down and checking out their alignment and telling me how impressed they were. 👍
