Heirloom was a phenomenal partner for our (almost total) home renovation. The quality of the work is impeccable, and the entire team takes great pride in their work. Would highly recommend ! Zach and Philip worked with our budget and made several recommendations that helped keep our vision alive and stay within budget.
I really appreciated their communication and their expertise as we did our kitchen remodel. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out and with their patience as I had a hard time deciding certain things. They were able to hold my hand throughout the preconstruction process and when we were selecting things, they advised me on freight times and made sure we were aware of any potential complications and delays.

It's been about a year since I moved into my remodeled home by Heirloom Builders, and I continue to be impressed with the quality of their work and my experience before, during, and after construction. A Mediterranean bungalow in need of some work (a full demolishing of the kitchen and bath, replacing all the floors, wiring, and piping, and painting the whole inside), we tried to find someone who was both able to embrace the Mediterranean style of the home but also helped bring a modern look to it by restoring some of the old details. The results speak for themselves. The project was managed in a timely and efficient manner. Naturally and due to COVID, we experienced a few external delays (due to stock, and supply chains), but they used their expertise to advise us on how to move forward with alternatives that solved the delays, minimizing them as much as possible.
