As a real estate agent who has done several renovation projects, I know some good and some not-so-good contractors. Richard completed a 2700 sq-ft renovation and expansion project for a client 10 years ago. The finishing is superb. When it comes time to sell the house, I was surprised to see an 'incomplete' status in the expansion permit. Apparently, the Building Department goofed in their date entry. I contacted Richard. He fixed the problem in one week! Most contractors would not be bothered, especially after 10 years. It says a lot about the integrity of Richard. Once a client, always a client. I would recommend Richard to my other clients who need renovations.
