I contacted Modern Builders for stucco repair and within 2 days the work was completed. I am very happy with the ease of the proposal and the payment method. I had some work that had to be added on with reasonable add on pricing. The contractors did great work. I am 100% satisfied with repair that was done. The roof of our house was broken and the water leaked into the bedroom during the last storm in February. So I googled and found Modern Builders on the website and contact Bryan, the boss, directly, to ask for help. He always replied to my emails immediately, to explain all the details. The cost estimate was also very reasonable.

Then, I requested service on their website and tried to schedule service as soon as possible. Today, the crew came in and fix the drywall. Jorge and his team (two guys) did a great job! They not only repaired and repainted the roof, but also were very nice and respectful to my family and my property. Before they did the job, they covered everything carefully and when they finished, they cleaned up all the trash and dust. Our bedroom looks like new and keeps clean and tidy.

I appreciate their excellent and efficient work. And of course, I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help!
