My girlfriend and I loved staying here. We stayed here for a couple nights late last month. Danielle at the front desk checked us in and was the sweetest person ever. She was so accommodating. We hope to see her again upon our next stay.

Room was not ready when we checked in. We had to wait for an hour for them to clean the room but then they put us in another room which was filthy, dirt and dead bugs everywhere. The porch had dirt and cigarette butts on it. I went into the office to ask them for a vacuum and a broom. I had to vacuum the room myself and sweep out dirt and bugs. Absolutely disgusting. The tweaker cleaning lady got mad at me for complaining about the filth. We were there for 1 hour before we had to leave due to the smell and flies everywhere. I will never come back here again.

The rooms are ok if you expect a subpar motel with tweakers roaming the property, the owner is an extremely rude and pretentious lady with no control over her staff, I sleep in motels or my truck most nights when I’m working and the owner threatened to call the cops on me after the manager told me I could sleep in the parking lot in my truck. Extremely unprofessional, and rude to assume I was doing something wrong when I got explicit permission to have my truck there.

Was skeptical based on previous reviews, but met the new manager ( was only 3 weeks on the job) who is doing a great job bringing the rooms to good condition. Was pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were pretty good. I stayed for 4 nights and the manager was very responsive and helpful. There are only a few places to eat in willow creek and what she recommended was excellent.
Would definitely stay again A solid 3.5 star

They canceled our room for a 3 night stay! They said that the card had been declined and had tried to contact me but we were on the road all day and no internet or phone service as we are not from the US! Either way it is bizarre that they would just cancel the room instead of waiting for us to arrive as we have had this reservation for over a year. The manager did arrange for us to stay for one night but because of the 'Bigfoot Daze parade' there was no rooms left for Saturday or Sunday nights, but this was a blessing as we only needed one night to see that the hotel was poorly operated and was badly maintained and seen better days back in the 60s /70s. Luckily we managed to find accommodation at the Hoopa which was much much nicer for less.

Our second time staying here and both times, got stuck in the "cave". Had to ask for a coffee pot for our room. No hairdryer available. Bed was small but just ok. Price ok, but unlikely that we will stay here again

rather old but gold. bed was good, bathroom clean. the blanket was way to thin. they have more blankets by request, but why not just put one in the room? we were already in bed when we noticed it was too cold. also, it rained the whole night and the drains were either overflowing or just badly placed, it was really loud in the room... the front desk staff was friendly.

We arrived late after calling the hotel to let them know. They told us that would be fine. We rang the bell and called multiple times, but it was clear there is not someone on staff for overnight. The website says 24-hour office hours, but we were not able to check in and had to sleep in our car.
