Read previous reviews about the lady being rude and yeah those reviews were spot on because she definitely was rude n not helpful at all. I asked a few questions and she'd answer just a bit of the question and she'll suddenly pick up her personal cell phone n start talking to someone without tell me hold on or anything. Despite that I guess things are OK there.

I went there to pick up some molding for my fence and caps for these columns we build and I must tell you it was like being in a candy store because they have just about everything you can find anywhere else really huge big thick rollers you can find those anymore River mallets screws of certain size just a lot of little extras you'll take at least about an hour just looking at the stuff very cool place the stuff there is very nice and very educated and they have patience.
As for the facilities like the bathroom I know what some of you will say not every place has to keep a clean bathroom but it would have been nice if the bathroom was a bit cleaner other than that I give it four stars and I definitely will go back and I highly recommend this place for your building materials they also have gravel sand different type of flooring vanities custom cabinets and so much more it's good to shop around don't just go to the first place you find.

Worst experience ever. The lady in charge threatened me saying “I have no idea who I’m talking too” when I complained about how she gave me a broken/ incomplete counter top. I don’t believe my worst enemy has talked to me with the disrespect the lady “Maria” did. Do not give this establishment your money if you care about how your home looks and feels, they don’t care about what they deliver to you only their profits.

Placed an order for custom cabinets and was told they would be ready in 10 days. Gave them two weeks and didn't hear anything. Finally stopped by in the morning and was told they were doing the final touches and would be done at the end of the day. When I returned in the evening, I was told they weren't done and that I needed to pay more for something that was already agreed on from the beginning and was already paying extra for. Horrible customer service and not trustworthy.

This place lost my business, the cashier(older lady) changed the price on a hammer and lied about it, I asked about the marked price and she said the price was always on the tool but it was clearly marked out with new price
