No County Board, department, outside affiliated agency, neighbor or THE property owner ever noticed me about a public federally granted project that their secret group letter initiated behind my back, and mailed to a local fire safe council to be rewarded with funded work. I never was provided advance notice to even meet on-site with any one official or other administering party doing the planning priorhand or doing the work on ground, before start date.

My property rights were violated by official business using public funds.

Don't let the seniors, disabled or low income be gifted with a "sign-off by government to violate your property and land rights"... simply because a senior, disabled or low income property owner is a senior, disabled or low income property land owner.

Neighbors are unscrupulous when the property and land they want funded for work is not their own land... and the thing is, what kind of demented sick soul of a neighbor group would play ghostly on purpose to cut you out of the loop of a publuc funded process that the group of neighbors started knowing only your property rights could be violated, not theirs.

Beware of public funded projects like fire prevention programs, looks good up front, but not when kept completely out of the known loop.

Public federal funds run through Cal-Fire which are used on private land have lethal restrictions, to avoid a full blown CEQA event... and criminal prosecution.

The neighbor group did not communicate, nor the property owner or local government boards and agencies, no non profits, etc... who took on the project.

There was not even a posted notice on the actual jobsite where the work was done.
