We called Jon Buck when we found out we were being relocated to midlothian from across the country with very little notice. He jumped into action to help us find a place to live. He was extremely helpful! I fell in love with the first house he showed us and was ready to make an offer. Jon pointed out flaws unnoticeable to the untrained eye that would have been very expensive to us down the road. He could have made a quick sell right there but instead he showed us his integrity as well as his skill as a realtor. He is one you want on your side when looking for a house. If we ever need a realtor again on the future it will be Jon Buck!

I chose to work with one of Century 21's top brokers that held high star ratings from sites such as (Zillow, etc) however, almost immediately I was disappointed by my decision to work with Jaime Wickliffe.
I contacted her in regards to a property investment that I had my eye on and from our conversation I felt as if she was highly distracted, disorganized and careless. After we spoke she informed me that she was going to get additional information that I requested sent to me via email, and follow up with me... However, I received NO email nor follow up and had to contact her to remind her that she left me high and dry... I had to also remind her what property I had contacted her about see image below. This tells me that she didn't even care to document a note on my inquiry nor have intentions to follow up with me or even pay the slightest bit of attention to our conversation. I would advise any other purchasers to take your business to another broker if you don't want your time wasted. By far my worst experience to date on property purchases. I am spending quote a bit of money and would like my experience to be pleasant and thorough. As of this review I have not heard back nor received the email...

WRONG.... the card she gave me was for $10..... really..... they made a pretty penny off of us and it's been 6 months. No welcome to Midlothian basket no call to see how every thing is going....nothing....
Do yourself a favor, find another company to help you find your new home.

I attempted to purchase a property listed with Ann Weaver in Venus Tx. Just a few days before closing the title company found a $27,000 lien against the property and we were told the property would not close. My family of 6 was left homeless due to the fact we had just sold our house for this property. We are out the money spent for appraisal fee,option fee, and inspection fee. We are currently living in a motel! We were told the property was upside down by$30,000 yet a matter of days after we were suppose to close the property was relisted for a mere $6,000 more than the original List price. Yet we have not been reimburse one dime for the money we lost. I am in contact with any attorney and will pursue any and all necessary action for compensation.

Buyer or seller beware!!! I can't believe this organization employs a THIEF!!! I can't speak for the other agents at this location, but TRACY WILLIAMS is a thief!! Unfortunately, I didn't find out that she stole thousands and thousands of dollars from me and my family until it was too late. She is slick and you'll think she's your best friend...all while she's robbing you blind!! Save yourself the heartache and loss and choose one of the many other amazing realtors out there? If you do use her READ EVERYTHING AND WATCH EVERYTHING!!!!
