build 3 very solid pergolas
most of contractor just draw on piece of paper he draw his plan on architectural drawing very professional

he also take up a huge job that my previous contractor messed up and a huge stair from uphill to down hill with concrete and stone work.

Owner always on site inspect and ready to answer question even some job i did not request he just go ahead and does it
