Reas Air Conditioning is top-notch! This is a family business and they are all very professional and thorough. They originally came to my home to clean out my heating coils, but we found out that the coils were rusted through. This could have ended up a bad situation but Thank God it was found before we ended up with carbon monoxide poisoning. The workers are all very knowledgeable, and know how to trouble shoot any problem and work it out. They even helped with financing my project. If you need a new HVAC system or a tune up on your existing system, Reas is the company to call. I highly recommend them. Don't go anywhere else!

Lack of professionalism/courtesy is the reason for this rating. The first time they came out they missed their arrival window and did not contact us. We got a hold of them to get an ETA and they said 10 minutes but 40 minutes later they finally showed up. Now I understand some jobs run over but then don't tell me 10 minutes.
The 2nd appointment window was 8am-9am. At 9:15 we reached out to get an ETA, they said 30 minutes. They arrived at 10:35.....1 hour and 20 minutes later. Extremely unprofessional and inconvenient for my work schedule.
Update: The owner reached out to me because he wanted to make it right. He looked into the situation. He took measures with his team to mitigate instances like this in the future. I appreciate his diligence and desire to correct any inconvenience we may have experienced.

Jason was on time and very professional. He explained the problems and what needed to be done. He broke it down to what was required now and what I could delay for a little while but there were risks in waiting. I decided to repair and replace all the recommended parts. He will order the parts and should receive them in a couple days.
