Estrada Iron fabricated and installed a custom made, finished wrought iron side gate, built to specifications that I provided to them with a design made to scale. The finished product was exactly as requested and the workmanship is flawless. Also, the installation was remarkable -- a very difficult three-piece fit, and they made it work beautifully. Overall I was unhappy with this service. The gate itself is pretty, however, during the process communication with the company was very challenging and often my calls weren't returned, nor were my emails. I wondered if there was a language barrier. Unfortunately they had my deposit, otherwise I would have cancelled my order. When they did finally put the gate in, they put it in lopsided to where the gate did not line up properly and we can't close it or lock it without jiggling it and lifting it. I won't even waste my time asking them to fix it. They are nice people, but their service is very lacking. I would not recommend them at all. The 2 stars are because the gate is attractive despite the delays and the malfunction.
