This place needs better management, lights that work, a life saver at the pool which is by law necessary. The sprinklers spray all over the ground and not the grass which makes walking on the cement unsafe for children.
I already sent dawn the board of directors and email addressing these things.
The pots at the pool have no plants in them and it's just sad this how you manage a community.
Stop padding your pockets and fix these things.

The positive reviews for this company must be fake, and they’re not from individual owners and tenants who have to work with them directly. PCM is the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with (I’m an owner of several properties with HOA’s that use property management companies; I’ve never worked with such an unprofessional company). My experience as an owner who’s had to use them because our Board of Directors hired them is that they’re non-responsive, they don’t keep accurate track of the monthly HOA payments they receive from owners, and they’ll even lie about their interactions with owners/tenants to protect themselves. I have to save every email and note every convo I have with them now. Of course, the Board is a huge part of the problem by employing them. PCM has bragged to me that they’re an “international company” but I think that’s actually the problem — they’re too big and disorganized.

I would like to take some time out of my busy schedule to compliment Marrina Hernandez for her excellent customer service. I had been trying all day to reach someone in the real estate department, only to hear throughout the day that, "they were currently closed for the HOLIDAY and would resume normal business hours the next day". I gave the benefit of doubt that they must have not updated their outgoing message since there is not a holiday on 08-19. However, by 3pm, I felt this was bogus and pressed 0 to see if another department would answer. Boy! Am I glad I did, because it was Marrina who answered and saved my day. She educated me on the best way to navigate the phone call center, and even provided me with documents I desperately needed. She was patient with me. She heard me out and seemed to truly care about her customer's needs. Then, went above and beyond, expeditiously providing me with the documents I was requesting for my loan officer. Please know that you have a quality employee with Marrina. If she's not management or a supervisor already, I ask, why not? Never let her go.

Sorry, but no response to multiple calls for over a month, followed by 2 emails the day after we notified the Master HOA of your lack of response suggests that improvement is needed in your customer service.

Professional they are NOT. They used to have a very competent employee named Marybeth who was a true professional. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls, but unfortunately she left the company. Now our association is being handled by Zuly. She is the least professional person I've ever encountered. She never returns phone calls and emails either get ignored or answered after days. The hedges that lined the entrance to my house were overgrown due to lack of landscaping. It look literally a month, several phone messages, emails, and lies to finally get someone to trim my hedges. She lied to me on the phone during the only phone conversation we had about putting in a work order. The work order was never put in until a few weeks later.
The problem was not just cosmetic; we literally had to walk through the overgrown branches. This was the condition before I requested service.
