Ruben and his team were punctual when we needed help with mold removal in our water damaged closet. He consistently kept me updated on every step of the process. Ruben was incredibly meticulous throughout the entire process, ensuring he removed all the necessary damage but also careful not to overdo it. They established a professionally cordoned off area to ensure the rest of our home in Whittier remained clean. Once they completed their work, they cleaned up brilliantly, leaving the place spotless. Tristan, from the J&C Water Leak and Fire Cleanup office, was outstanding in keeping us informed at every stage. I've dealt with subpar restoration services in the past, but this team ranks amongst the best I've encountered. The entire team's performance left me very impressed.

We couldn't be happier with the water damage restoration service we received. Regrettably, our basement flooded once again, but luckily, they were there to save the day. An update to this review - Jeffery and Craig from the restoration team were simply phenomenal. Their attention to detail was impressive, and nothing was damaged in the process. They went above and beyond, even helping to bring in some delivered groceries. They took great care to protect our new carpet and walls while moving furniture back into place. Their kindness and professionalism were remarkable. While we hope not to need their services again, if our basement or home in Whittier requires any water damage restoration, we would highly recommend this team without a second thought.

really happy with the folks i interacted with during my recent water damage restoration. tristan provided lots of advice and details following the inspection, about both my restoration choices and future prevention steps. compared the cost of restoration and found these guys to be more affordable so i chose them (being a new homeowner, i wanted to save some money). jeffery and his team spent the entire day cleaning up the basement and loft. they left the area spotless and were respectful and polite. this is hard work..i was tempted to handle these areas myself but i m extremely relieved i didn t. cheers guys

craig (technician from j&c water leak and fire cleanup) was phenomenal. i reached out at 6:30pm due to an urgent water damage problem caused by a backed-up drain overflowing into our basement in whittier. he arrived in roughly an hour and remained determined even when the source of the issue wasn't immediately apparent. a few hours in, craig successfully managed to clear the line after inserting over 65' of snake through. truly professional.
