I figured I could take Mike Maples at his word but when project time came his Sub Contractors were walking all over each other. It seemed a great disconnect was an unfortunate and preventable facter which ultimately increased the overall cost of the building Incuding the estimated time for completion. When I reasonably voiced my concerns Mike just became rude and hostile.
