I hired this company over a year ago to insulate my adu. The price was fair however the instalation was done poorly. I originally thought insulation could not be messed up but I was wrong.

The insulation below the roof was shoved in between the joists and in some areas it was held up with wire, however, many areas did not have this wire and some bays were done with three or four smaller cuts of scrap insulation. Multiple bays below the roof are now uninsulated because they have fallen.

I contacted the company multiple times shortly after installation and one of their guys called me to come to out but he would only give me the options of coming the same day or the very next day. I let him know I have tenants with a baby now and that I have to give them 24 hours notice. I have tried calling a couple more times since then and nobody has reached back out.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you hire this company, make sure they do it right the first time because they will not be back out.

They installed a Quiet Cool fan in 2017. It was not a smooth process to get them out here. A no show happened that was rebooked. Eventually it was installed.

The installer was nice and knowledgeable and did (from what I can tell) a good job of actually installing. I do see others had a good experience with install. But what happens when your fan needs repairs? Ideally you want to know that you're working with a reliable company.

Unlike other home repairs, you can't just call anyone to repair your fan. It needs to be the same company that installed the fan originally. So be sure to keep all of your documentation of install, and it's a good idea to pick a company who is responsive and professional.

2 years later, the fan stopped working. To make a long story short, it was a lot of work coordinating someone to come out and repair it. A subcontractor skipped town with my part and they had to get a new one. I totally understand things happen. But this was the second interaction that made me kind of raise my eyebrow.

About a year after that, our fan started making really loud humming sounds. There is no one at this company who answers the phone, it always rings to voicemail. After several voicemails and no returned phone calls across 2 weeks of trying, I had to contact QuietCool corporate to get help. The number of hours I've spent on this house fan is getting pretty silly. Check Yelp reviews, they will confirm that my experience is not unique.

I love supporting local businesses and it's not my style to post a negative review, but I don't want anyone else to find themselves in this situation.

I have been getting several quotes from different companies for spray foam insulation. 951 construction eventually made the best offer, even though is meant a three hour commute for them to our house.
The communication with Kevin was very friendly, easy and informative. His team was highly professional and we are very happy with the end result. Thanks again to the whole team!

Had a Whole House Fan installed in our 3100 sq ft home. What an amazing difference it makes when turned on. Can use the A/C less and still enjoy a nice cool home! The installer was prompt, competent and very polite. Highly recommend this company!

Could not give No stars, I scheduled and appointment with Kevin at a certain time. After 50 minutes from the specific time, I called him and asked, if he was still showing up. He told me that he was an hour and a half away and could not show. He wanted to reschedule for the next day and he said that he should of let me know.

I agreed and told him, I had gotten off work early to meet him and thanked him for his for his time.

Very unprofessional. I simple phone call before, would of shown that he actually cared about my time. Would not recommend.

Airkrete is an amazing product that has made an immediate difference in the insulation of our home. We had a back room that was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, but with Airkrete the room is now very comfortable.

The construction crew was a great group of guys. I felt very comfortable with them at the house and they did a good job of cleaning up.
