Our home needed to have repair work after a failed attempt 4 years ago by DR Horton. Firstly, our Juliet balcony door sill was diverting water into the house whenever we had rain. Secondly, we had a “hump” that was located in the middle of the second floor. Fortunately, we were helped by David, who is the supervisor for customer service relations in Los Angeles and Orange County. He went above and beyond and made sure my wife and I were happy with the warranty work this go around. With the new repairs, the door sill looks like it will now drain away water from the house, and the 2nd floor is flat; the hump is practically imperceptible when walking in the area. The repairs were extensive and needed 4-5 days to be done correctly. David also repaired our 2nd floor balcony window and door trim, that was damaged because of the elements. David and DR Horton helped us GREATLY and we appreciate it all. Thank you!!!

they don’t respond to any issues here, it’s almost impossible to park, and they just randomly decide to do things that disable you (like randomly painting the roads for no reason even though they were already painted not that long ago) and force you to do things that fit their needs at that specific time. i would move if i had the money, not worth it.

There is about 16 parking spaces that nobody can use, so the parking in the residential area outside the complex is an absolute mess!!!!
