It says they open at 7:30am but even if there is no one in line there is still a at least a 20 minute wait. The doors open but they are not ready to assist you at 7:30am. This is my 2nd time coming and there is a wait regardless. No one in line and no one at the desk and they still take there sweet time assisting customers. It makes no sense. Very unhelpful. If it opens at 7:30am the employees should be ready to help customers at 7:30am not 7:50am.
