We recently moved into a condo whose HOA is managed by Hudson Management Company. Thus far, they have been very responsive and helpful! As an owner, 5 stars for sure!

While we were still in the buying process, a caveat was that it is decidedly quite pricey to acquire all of the documents needed to obtain a loan and transfer ownership. Additionally, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone to get clear answers. So, as a potential buyer, I’d likely give a 3-star rating.

Now, it still takes a day or two to get a response, but we feel like so much more of a priority. And, I’m hopeful that our future interactions will be pleasant!

We have a condominium association which has 57 townhouses , located on 5.7 acres in Walnut Creek, with a swimming pool and a tennis court. Our community was built in the mid-80s, so maintenance and repair requirements are substantial. Our Property Manager, Jenni Bucedi, is very helpful and on-the-ball. We have had a very long and satisfied experience with Hudson Management, and would recommend them to any HOA. As current HOA Board President, having Jenni taking the front-line responsibility definitely makes my life a lot easier.
