The apartment complex I have been living at the last 2 years ygnacio village appartments has been taken over by some jagg-off management company and let me tell you they suck super hard!
-They are rude
-They don't return calls
-They don't return emails
-They don't expedite anything that should be
-They don't empty the garbage....and when it piles up get this..... it's your fault because you didn't break down your boxes
(It's not because everyone is moving out in mass)
-They leave the dog waste bins overflowing and full.... guess where my apartment is? RIGHT BESIDE ONE! the flies and the smell is amazing 👏🏻
-oh sorry they fixed that they TIED A NEW GARBAGE BAG TO THE POLE DIDN'T EMPTY THE ALREADY OVERFLOWING BOX.

Don't rent from Ygnacio Village - Walnut Creek, CA don't rent from Cushman and Wakefield they are slumloards at best.

I would give zero stars if possible.

First let me say, while I am aware Cushman Wakefield recently took over managing the property we currently live at, and not all of our apartments problems have occurred under their management, they are the ones we currently have to work with.

Our oven has been broken for over 2 weeks, initially we tried contacting management to have it fixed while under previous management, however, it never occurred. After the transition to CushWake we have had nothing but radio silence from getting in contact with maintenance to have it repaired.

The leasing office regularly does not respond to your emails or electronically submitted maintenance requests. We routinely attempted to stop by the leasing office but the sign always says they will be back later, finally we met someone in the office (even though the sign said they were out and would be back later, the woman was inside on facetime) and she was little to no help. My fiance has been in property management and is extremely familiar with the systems used such as yardi, rentcafe, etc. All the woman in the office did was bang on her keyboard and press buttons on the screen that did nothing to make it look like she was checking something. All she was able to offer was the same emails and phone numbers we've been calling and told us maintenance would be out at 9:30 Monday morning..... that time has come and past and no one came by to check our oven.

It is absolutely unacceptable to have residents not able to get in touch with the office, and to have the office regularly update the office sign to say they are gone, while hiding out inside on face time.
