Had the VMR construction team handle quite a few jobs on our new home. Every one of their guys did a quality job in a quick and efficient manner. We utilized their AC, Plumbing, Electrical, and tree cutting services and all came out exactly as we discussed. They also came with a very fair price.

Huge shoutout to Edd, Vic, Cesar, and Leon for taking time to explain what they were doing throughout their jobs. They even went above and beyond fixing a few issues that they noticed that the flipper we bought the house from did wrong.

I first heard of VMR Construction Services when by best friend decided to turn her garage into an ADU. The outcome was beautiful and she was extremely pleased. Soon after another friend of ours purchase a home and needed some TLC, again VMR was contacted and they renovated her kitchen, again; another beautiful outcome. As time went by my husband and I found it hard to purchase a home in LA. We are both family oriented and we didn’t want to move out of the city; because moving out will mean we weren’t going to be close to family. So we decided to build an ADU in my parents home. We gave VMR a call and got started on an awesome journey. Ed and I worked together on what my needs were in my home, my ideas and my likes. I also loved that Ed gave me some great ideas of his own, he has a good eye for things. He is a very thoughtful, kind and most importantly trustworthy contractor I’ve had ever worked with. Our ADU has finally been completed and my husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. We plan to continue working with VMR Construction Services in the near future for more projects so if you are thinking of building an ADU or have a small project in mind, don’t stress and give these guys a call. I strongly recommend them, they are simply the best guys in this kind of industry, trust me you won’t regret it. I would love to personally thank Ed and Victor for al the hard work, dedication and love they had for building my little home. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, can’t wait to work with you guys again…next project Back Yard!!!

We've dealt with many Contractors, construction workers and everyone else associated with construction. VMR has been a pleasure to work with. Haven't been able to say that too often. Needed some concrete in the backyard. Eddie came out when he said he would, arrived 10 minutes early. Measured, asked us what we wanted, let us talk, gave us some suggestions and a quote. We believe the price was fair and they were willing to start the next morning. They arrived early and ready to work. They came in force! Knocked out the job quickly and perfectly. This is the company a customer hopes they choose. All said and done, couldn't be happier. Will refer them to anyone we know needs work. Will use them again!

I hired Victor based on his price point, his ideas, and general knowledge of the task to completely renovate an entire 2 bdrm.(including kitchen/bath/cottage cheese removal etc...) unit in my apartment complex. Victor and his crew went above and beyond - they were respectful, clean, thorough, great communicators, & fast! I was so happy, I hired them for a total of 4 units - all of them went smoothly, and were finished on time! Also, I hired VMR to do a roof on another property. VMR did a excellent job pouring a cement slab in my back yard very reasonable reliable and professional work done. I would recommend them if you want to get the job done right. Ed & Victor, are amazing! They built a pergola and porch on my front house and did all my landscaping and looks beautiful!! I then called them for a bathroom remodel- I am very wishy washy and indecisive, and through it all they were patient and with their experience guided me to make decisions. These guys are a good & honest team!! I can't wait for them to start my new project!!
